GRANADA APARTMENTS
Granada Apartments cater for couples and families only ensuring the perfect way for you to spend your holiday. Accommodation on the Seafront, near to all amenities including the busy Red Bank Road, just a minute’s walk away.
Shops include Sainsbury’s, banks and lots of cafes and restaurants. Just nearby is Bispham tram station giving easy access to the North Pier, Tower, and town centre shops, plus Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
All flats are of an excellent standard with cleanliness assured, and all have fitted carpets, modern furniture and are newly decorated.
The accommodation ranges from flats for two persons up to family apartments with bedroom accommodation for up to 8 people. The Granada has all the benefits of home living affording hotel like convenience, offering some sea facing rooms giving brilliant views of the Irish Sea and the Lake District.
We are open all year round and offer discounted winter rates from £50 per person per flat. We also offer family party discounts.
Flat 1:
Large first floor suite with sea views. Lounge with bed settee/ dining kitchen fitted with all appliances. Two separate double bedrooms, (1) Double bed and sea view (2) rear bedroom with double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower. (2-7 persons)
Flat 2:
First floor suite. Lounge/dining kitchen, fitted with all appliances, and with bed settee. Spiral staircase to double bedroom, shower room and WC. (2-4 persons)
Flat 3:
First floor suite, Lounge/dining kitchen fitted with all appliances, separate twin bedroom en-suite with bathroom with shower. (2 persons)
Flat 4:
Large second floor suite with sea views. Lounge with bed settee/ dining kitchen fitted with all appliances. Two separate double bedrooms, (1) Double bed and sea view (2) rear bedroom with double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with shower. (2-7 persons)
Flat 5:
Second floor suite, Lounge/dining kitchen fitted with all appliances, separate twin bedroom en-suite with bathroom with shower. (2 persons)
Flat 6:
Top floor suite with sea views. Lounge/dining kitchen fitted with all appliances and with bed settee and double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. (2-4 persons)
Suite 7:
Large ground floor suite with sea views. Large front sun lounge with bed settee plus television lounge. Dining area with separate kitchen fully fitted with all appliances. Two separate double bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 x single beds separate en-suite toilet. Large bathroom with bath/shower and WC. (2-8 persons)
Disabled (level 1) guests catered for, please ask for available facilities. Each flat has a TV and digibox, electric cooker, fridge, microwave, fully centrally heated and constant hot water. Split week bookings are available. There are laundry facilities available for use by residents at a minimal charge.

Leave the M55 at junction M55/J4 and left at the roundabout on to the A5230 direction (A5230) SOUTH SHORT, LYTHAM ST ANNES via (B5261), MAIN PARKING AREA, INDUSTRIAL ESTATES. Continue straight, on to the A5230 (Progress Way). Continue straight, on to the B5262/A5230 (Squires Gate Lane). Turn right on to the A584 (Promenade). Continue up the Promenade until you reach Bispham traffic lights, REDBANK ROAD. Continue through traffic lights and the Granada Apartments are 50 yards on the right hand side.
