The stylish Restaurant offers exquisite food and the well stocked Bar adjoins a comfortable lounge which has a 50” plasma TV with Sky/SkySport, plus an extensive library of DVDs is also available.

All guest rooms provide the same in-room facilities: king-size beds, (for those seeking romance some are four poster), with Egyptian cotton bed linen atop deeply divine quilts and Siberian goosedown pillows, 42" plasma screen TV, Sky including Sky Sports, a media centre, remote lighting and each ensuite bathroom has a Whirlpool bath, 17" LCD TV, power shower and music system. All because you're worth it!
Each room has a number and a name, which derives from the wallpaper or fabric.

The chef uses only the finest and freshest of local ingredients in a selection of dishes to tempt, titillate and tantalise your taste buds. To complement this is an extensive and comprehensive list of fine wines from around the world. Service is designed to be always friendly but never intrusive. Vegetarian and special diets are catered for and your special requests are always given the closest attention.

All apartments are fully equipped with own toilet/shower room, electric cooker, fire, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, microwave and colour TV with free view. All beds have continental bedding and cotton sheets are also provided.
Guests need only bring personal towels and tea towels.

The apartment kitchens have all the necessary equipment for your stay. All apartments have colour TV and Freeview channels, complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for your arrival. Some apartments have – irons, DVD players. A travel cot or fold-up bed are available if required.

We are located on Station Road directly opposite the South Pier. The apartments are in an ideal location being adjacent to the promenade with the Pleasure Beach just yards away, the Sandcastle, South Pier and beach are all directly opposite the apartments. We are close to all local amenities, shops, entertainment venues, transport links and the world famous Tower and Winter Gardens are within easy reach. The Marlborough Court is the perfect base from which to enjoy all Blackpool has to offer.
By Road – Junction 32 off the M6 on to the M55, at the end of the M55 follow the signs for Pleasure Beach & South Pier. Station Road is directly opposite South Pier.
By Bus – There are regular services to all parts of Blackpool and the surrounding area. Bus information is available from Traveline (phone 0870 608 2608).
By Rail – Blackpool Pleasure Beach Station is only 400 yards away from the apartments. Regular trains to and from Preston take just 25 minutes.
By Air – Domestic flights to Blackpool Airport from London Stanstead and Belfast are operated daily by Ryanair. The apartments are just 1 mile north of the airport.
