All 9 bedrooms are en suite.

We have 1 twin room/family room , 1 family room, 3 single rooms and 4 double rooms.

All our rooms are double glazed with thermostatically controlled radiators for the individual comfort of our guests.

To set you up in the morning or to refuel after a fun packed day, our 54 seat restaurant is perfect to tickle your tummy. Breakfast offers delights such as “Homecliffe Eggs Benedict” and “Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs.” Our recently re-launched 4-course Table D’Hote menu makes for an exciting evening meal not to be missed.

Your leisure time is very precious so why not make the most of it with us at the Homecliffe and enjoy a cold beer or a glass of wine from our excellently stocked Bar, take in the stunning views of the Irish Sea and Illuminations from our Sun Lounge, or get lost in a good book in our Reading Lounge. We also have an extensive range of tourist information on hand and our staff are always happy to help if you wish to book a show or a trip out. The Homecliffe is now also completely wireless so your work or emails are never far away if you need them.

All bedrooms at The Berwick are tastefully decorated to a high standard and are designed with your comfort in mind.

We can accommodate guests in a selection of double and twin rooms. Although we have no single rooms we are happy to accommodate single travellers in our other rooms.

The bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, with shaver points. Freshly laundered towels are provided with complimentary toiletries. Guests are requested to bring their own towels for use on the beach and swimming.

We provide the highest standards of cleanliness at all times. All the rooms are cleaned and serviced daily, giving you the care and attention you deserve while away.

All the bedrooms have remote controlled flat screen colour television with Freeview, each room has a well stocked hospitality tray with tea, coffee and biscuits, which is replenished on a daily basis. Fruit teas, chocolate and fresh milk are available on request.

Each room has a bedroom browser, with information about Blackpool and its attractions, also Lancashire in general. For your added convenience each room also has an alarm clock and hair dryer. Iron and ironing board are available on request.

Families can be accommodated in certain rooms.

Dining
The dining room is comfortably furnished, spacious and well appointed. Here you will be presented with a hearty breakfast chosen by you from our extensive menu to start your day in Blackpool.

The Berwick 4 course evening meal is very popular with our guests, many of whom return year on year. Ingredients are sourced wherever possible, from fresh local produce to ensure quality and to help with the environment.
